Seminars: Brandon Davis will be holding a Machine Seminar on Friday, July 16th at 3pm. The cost is $200. He willl be covering tuning machines, frame geometry, coils, capacitors, cutting springs, basic machine building, how to get your machines to run at a low voltage without it running hot and he will have a Q&A Session. Parking is free on the streets on the weekend. You can also find free parking in the lot under the bridge behind the Peabody. Valet parking at the Peabody is expensive and unnecessary. Please give us additional parking suggestions if you have them.
HOST HOTEL INFO:
Host Hotel Information: The Peabody has blocked off rooms for our group. When you call to reserve your room, tell them that you are with GROUP CODE: IMMERSED IN INK. You will get the special group rate of $119 per night. This block is available at these rates from Thursday night through Sunday night. THE ROOM BLOCK EXPIRES JULY 2 AND THEN THE ROOM RATE WILL INCREASE!!!! DON'T WAIT, RESERVE YOUR ROOM EARLY!!!
